1. About WorkRide

WorkRide Executive Transit (“WorkRide,” “we,” “us”) provides a fixed-rate shared commute service in Dubai. By registering your interest or using our website at workride.ae, you agree to these terms.

2. Pre-Launch Registration

WorkRide is currently in a pre-launch phase. Submitting a registration form is an expression of interest only — it does not constitute a contract, booking, or guarantee of service. We will contact you when the service launches in your area.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use workride.ae only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation
  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy content without permission

4. Service Terms (Upon Launch)

When the WorkRide service launches, the following terms will apply to active subscribers:

  • The monthly subscription fee is AED 650, payable in advance
  • The service covers workdays (Monday to Friday) only
  • Routes and pickup times are fixed and communicated at the time of subscription
  • Seats are non-transferable
  • WorkRide reserves the right to adjust routes, times, or pricing with reasonable notice

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the time of subscription. WorkRide will act fairly and in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkRide is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on workride.ae — including text, graphics, logos, and brand assets — is the property of WorkRide Executive Transit. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
